‘The hallmarks were integrity, effort and much success.’
DIRECTOR, £20M PREMIER MEMBERSHIP ADVISORY FIRM
We are a global small business based in London with clients across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. We convene a network of alliance partners to shape and deliver solutions for small to mid-market firms.
Our approach is assertive and reflective as we support and challenge our clients to achieve their best.
We are trusted advisors and connectors who can go a step further: rolling up our sleeves and actually joining you on the field to deliver results.
Our “people first” ethos means we appreciate that “culture can eat strategy for breakfast.” Therefore to achieve lasting success for clients we get very clear on the behaviours that are needed to drive the desired results, and the culture that must underpin them. We then focus on winning hearts and minds, with rigorous attention also paid to improving business processes and systems. Along the way we coach and support leaders to model the new ways of working, so they can empower their staff to do likewise.
As a business, we aim to go “beyond making a profit, to making a difference,” and choose to work with clients who feel the same.
• Courage: Be authentic. Speak the truth, even when inconvenient. Lead.
• Integrity: Be our word and keep our promises. Live our values.
• Service: Ask how we can help. Genuinely care. Deliver.
• Excellence: Lead the field. Be better today than yesterday.
• Collaboration: Take a long-term partnerships approach – Win/Win (or no deal).
‘To achieve success in business, people are paramount.’
